These past two days have been one musical/technological wonder after another. I'm impressed, excited, in and out of my element, hopeful, and just blown away by the possibilities presented by these tools, programs, apps, etc.
Then I spend a couple of hours singing really great music with really great musicians and totally appreciate that thankfully, some things just never change.
Getting together with music colleagues in this setting is soooooo beneficial! And fun... There's no shame, just an attitude of opening that brain and allowing new info and experiences in. So great!
ReplyDeleteYou're so right, Martie - it was an amazing week that left me with an even deeper appreciation of how important it is to go back to our roots, but also to keep branching out. (Sorry this took a while - just realizing that I've had comments on my blog!) Thanks :-)
